Employee volunteering program

This program has been developed to support and enable corporate employees to become our ambassador for the campaign #1in100 ‐ Fight against Congenial Heart Defects (CHD).
CHF ensures that volunteering remains the core values of people and the driving force should be compassion and empathy for others.


Payroll giving program

This is a programe for corporate employees and organizations willing to support screening and treatment of children with congenital heart defects. the features of the program are as follows

  • Employees can contribute a small part of their salary every month, which accumulates and can then be donated to any of our programs/child. The contributed amount can be as less as Rs 500/ month
  • We will send monthly newsletters and donation receipts to every employee participating in the program. Donors can claim tax benefits for the amount donated to us.
  • Employee and corporate participating in the program will be invited in all our public events. The employees can enroll into our fundraising events like Airtel Delhi Half Marathon.


Process of Payroll Giving Program
  • STEP 1: Concerned contact person of the organization can contact Child Heart Foundation for payroll giving program by sending an email to sunita@childheartfoundation.com.
  • STEP 2: Interested employee from the organization will sign up for the program and complete registration formalities which includes completing the sign up form, complete bank formalities(standing instruction / auto debit).
  • STEP 3: We will send donation receipts of the contribution made through email.
  • STEP 4: We will send monthly newsletters to the concerned person of the organisation (HR head / CSR Head ).
