I worked for a NGO for the very first time and I am very thankful for this opportunity. I'm very happy that I worked for Child Heart Foundation as I learned so many things here like interacting and counselling parents of children with Heart Defects, spreading awareness and also upgrading my knowledge at MS Excel. Also, I have been a part of the event which took me to challenge myself at another level. Being a member of CHF was a really good experience.

It was a great learning experience to work in on a creative project with Child Heart Foundation. I was involved in capturing photos and video of children and patients with Congenital Heart Defects during free / discounted OPDs conducted. Each day spent was filled with new experiences and getting to know the struggles, challenges and most importantly their determination was inspiring.

I was able to develop my creative skills in art and craft during my internship with Child Heart Foundation. During my internship I was able involved in developing posters, photo booths, wall of success (notice board? The experience of celebrating Christmas with CHD warriors and decorating the Centre for them is an experience that will always stay with me.

I would like to thank Child Heart Foundation was providing me an opportunity to do something meaningful in my free time. I have loved working with children. I am happy to utilize my free time and help CHF team in coordinating events, facilitating different activities on Thursday OPD
