11 months old Sara was diagnosed with Large Ventricular Septal Defect along with Moderate patent ductus Arteriosus. The estimated cost of Sara’s treatment was 4,00,000. Sara’s father is a tailor and couldn’t afford her treatment. Funds were raised and Sara was admitted in the Indraprastha Apollo hospital on March 18, 2021. She underwent the surgery successfully and was discharged on March 24,2021 i.e. after 6 days.
